Mária Pávai is a research fellow at the Functional Interfaces Research Group, Institute of Materials and Environmental Chemistry, Research Centre for Natural Sciences, Hungarian Academy of Sciences (Budapest, Hungary). Worked previously in the field of organic chemistry at different research centers and industrial companies in Romania. Her research interesting is in the optical sensors based on natural sources and their applications.
András Paszternák, PhD is the science communication coordinator of the Center of Scientific Wonders (Budapest, Hungary) since August 2015. Until this time he worked as a research fellow at the Functional Interfaces Research Group, Institute of Materials and Environmental Chemistry, Research Centre for Natural Sciences, Hungarian Academy of Sciences (Budapest, Hungary). Obtained his PhD degree in colloid chemistry from Eötvös Loránd University (Budapest, Hungary) in 2010. Between 2011 and 2013 was a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute for Nanotechnology and Advanced Materials, Bar-Ilan University (Ramat Gan, Israel). His research interests are including surface chemistry, scanning probe microscopy and chemical sensors.
